Cleanse our spineless apprehensions...

Turned black in a world
Where light is something

Therein lie the tools we lack
To reattach our severed ends
Blending light to mend the schism!

Purge our groundless trepidations...
We crack and crumble in the sun
Black angels left
To wilt and wither
On the driest river bed...
Prosaic eyes see black and white
Refracted light will help them unlearn
To turn a mind into a prism!

If I don't see sky soon I'll go insane! - A life lived so dry will surely die in vain!

Brush away the cobwebs
From the forgotten corner of your head
Which used to speak with your heart
But for so long, you've neglected...

Between the lives you could have led
